Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Nero New York purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

Return Shipping
For U.S. orders, a $4.99 flat rate will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

How to Start a Return/Exhange
Submit your return request online here.  If exchanging the item for a different size, please notate your requested size in the Notes section of the return request. 

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) via email. Please send items back in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

 

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days after your package is delivered to our facility for your refund to appear.

 

Final Sale Items
Certain discounted or promotional items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
