Returns / Exchanges
From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn’t suit you or simply doesn’t fit, luckily we offer free returns and exchanges.
A customer can initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery of the order by emailing email@example.com.
Requests are answered Monday - Friday. Return Labels can not be provided for International Locations.
If RMA is approved the customer will be informed of instructions for returning the merchandise. Merchandise eligible for approval must have been purchased at full price, and must be unaltered, unwashed and unworn, additionally RMA must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of the order.
